In Short:

• IMPORTANT: Please take a unboxing video while opening the package.

In Detail:
Returns or Replacements: 

• If you happen to receive a damaged or defective product, or a product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, please bring it to the notice of the KANCHBAZAAR  team within 7 days from delivery time with pictures on our whatsapp no. +91 8850164628 (Whatsapp Only) or email id: sales@kanchbazaar.com The piece may be replaced or refund will be initiated accordingly if no other corrective measure is possible to address the issue and it has been reported to KANCHBAZAAR  team within 7 days from delivery date.

Refunds: 

• If you are eligible for a refund or a promo code (as the case may be), the same shall be given to you as per the following guidelines -:
• The refund amount for the orders paid online or paid via credit/debit card at the time of delivery will be refunded within 7-10 working days from the date of initiating the refund through the online account, or will be refunded to the same card, depending on the most suitable circumstances as determined by Accent Mirror.
• The refund vides a promo code, for the orders paid online will be provided to you within 15-20 working days through hard copy or e-mail depending on the most suitable circumstances as determined by KANCHBAZAAR
• A promo code once used shall not be re-activated in case of cancellation of order, either by the customer or by KANCHBAZAAR

Cancellation: 

• Any cancellation made after 48 hours of placing the order will not be accepted, as our products are made to order and require advance notice for cancellation.
• Cancellation at the time of delivery is not entertained or considered due to the fragileness of product range offered by KANCHBAZAAR website.
• Cancellation after delivery – Products once delivered cannot be returned. On the off chance that you receive a damaged or defective product, please bring it to the notice of the KANCHBAZAAR team within 7 days from delivery time with pictures/videos on our whatsapp no.+91 8850164628 (Whatsapp Only) or email Id: sales@kanchbazaar.com The piece may be replaced or refund will be initiated accordingly if no other corrective measure is possible to address the issue and it has been reported to accent mirror team within 24hrs from delivery.
• The cancellation policies mentioned here do not apply to certain pincodes. To know the specific cancellation policy for your delivery location, please email us.

Bulk Orders

All the orders having a value of more than INR 13,000 come under the bulk order category. For bulk orders above return & refund policies are not applicable. Bulk orders are not refundable in any scenario, only defective items or damaged items individually can be replaced. Bulk orders may take some extra time to ship depending on the volume. The delivery time will be confirmed by our team at the time of order confirmation.
